Yuri was awarded Best Male Singer in the Royal Opera House BP Summer Screens Competition in 2008, where he sang to over 10000 people in London’s Trafalgar Square. He was also a semi-finalist in the Mario Lanza singing competition in 2017.

Recent solo appearances include those at the London Stock Exchange, Mansion House and the Guildhall. Abroad Yuri has performed for discerning audiences in Germany and Italy, including recitals in Florence and Sicily.

Influenced by Luciano Pavarotti and Mario Lanza, outstanding tenor Senor Sabatini has also been featured on numerous recordings and television appearances, including BBC Songs of Praise and Channel 4.
